Dr. Holmes comes from a family of school teachers, with her dad being a biology and chemistry teacher. Once she was exposed to dentistry, Dr. Holmes realized that it was the perfect combination of art and science and would be a great fit for her. By the time she graduated high school, she was set on what path she wanted to take.
Dr. Holmes studied biology at Texas A&M and then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Science from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston in 1996. Having practiced in Pasadena for over 20 years, she continues to pursue post-graduate education to stay current with modern dentistry. Dr. Holmes has expertise in all facets of dental care, including endodontics (root canal therapy) and sedation.
Dr. Holmes has been married for over 30 years and has two sons, so most of her time away from the dental office is dedicated to spending quality time with her family.
